Our team seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote workforce. This role entails leading end-to-end recruitment for various positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. From sourcing top-tier candidates to optimizing HR processes, you'll play a pivotal part in building and supporting our incredible team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring process using ATS platforms like Workable, providing data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process with our Legal Team.

People Operations Tasks:

  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Manage employee records using tools like Rippling or similar HR systems.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
  • Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as-needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with platforms like Workable Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or others.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
