Job Title: Expansion Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to drive customer acquisition and generate high-quality leads, playing a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fueling business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prioritize lead generation and prospecting activities, focusing on delivering tailored product presentations and negotiations to secure new high-value business opportunities.
- Perform thorough account profiling through detailed research and strategic questioning to align solutions with corporate clients' objectives.
- Conduct client visits within the Visayas-Mindanao region, emphasizing relationship-building and consultative interactions to better understand client needs.
- Craft and execute strategic sales plans designed to achieve and exceed defined sales targets, utilizing a consultative approach to proactively address client challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance reports and tools, including trend analyses, to monitor progress and implement improvements that drive sales success.
- Proven expertise in identifying and engaging potential high-value clients, with strong negotiation capabilities to secure business deals effectively.
- Able to communicate and deliver presentations in English and the local dialect, tailored to clients at all levels from various industries.
- Dedicated and resilient, capable of overcoming obstacles and maintaining focus on goals in challenging situations.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment, showing proactive problem-solving and innovation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development for B2B high-value accounts, with a focus on driving account acquisition and growth.
- Possesses a strong sense of purpose aligned with helping others succeed, with a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.
- Will travel extensively within the Visayas-Mindanao region for client visits, and to Manila for training sessions and company events.
