Job Title: Strategic Scheduling Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. As a strategic scheduling specialist, you will be responsible for managing schedules, ensuring accurate data, and analyzing past trends to forecast future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules for multiple projects, identifying and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Analyze past call volume, interval arrival patterns, and staffing levels to provide forecasts for required resources.
  • Monitor real-time activities to ensure operational goals are met and make adjustments as needed.
  • Audit and track schedule adherence to optimize efficiency.
  • Develop solutions to performance issues and measure forecasting accuracy to improve results.
  • Prepare regular reports on schedule performance and distribute to management.
