Employee Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute a calendar of engagement events, from team-building activities to company-wide celebrations.
- Act as a culture ambassador, creating internal communications that keep employees informed and engaged.
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
- Assist with employee relations and use exit interview data to improve retention.
- Manage logistics for all engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Creative, people-oriented, and analytical.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and photo editing software for design is an advantage.
