Account Collections Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Account Collections Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently performing credit and collection activities, reviewing open or active accounts, and preparing monthly statements.

You will identify, validate, and log customer disputes, perform initial investigations, and communicate findings with the proper owners or resolvers. Additionally, you will support workflow to achieve metric goals, assist cash application specialists, and allocate payments against invoices.

As an Account Collections Specialist, you will have strong drive for results, be proactive, and exhibit passion for problem-solving. You will also possess excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance-related courses is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a collection or accounts receivable role is required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
