Job Brief

Our client, a leading global fintech company, is hiring a Culture and Engagement Officer to take charge of the Manila office's day-to-day operations and employee experience programs. Reporting to the Global Head of Culture & Engagement, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in facilities management, office operations, and employee engagement through events and initiatives.

As the Culture and Engagement Officer, you'll ensure the Manila office runs smoothly managing facilities, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance. At the same time, you'll play a vital role in bringing workplace culture to life through meaningful employee events and experiences that foster connection, productivity, and belonging. This is a fully onsite role that blends operational excellence with culture-building impact.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day office operations, including supplies, access control, courier services, and vendor coordination
  • Manage lease agreements, budgeting, office refurbishments, and property manager communications
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and manage emergency protocols
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely, quality service delivery
  • Provide front desk support and process invoices in collaboration with the Finance team
  • Develop and implement initiatives that make the Manila office a hub for a collaborative community
  • Plan and execute onsite employee events, celebrations, and wellness activities
  • Support local CSR efforts, including volunteering and sustainability programs
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring work environment that reflects the company's global values
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or workplace experience roles
  • Fluent and articulate with excellent communication skills, with experience in multicultural teams
  • Experience organizing internal events or leading employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and budgeting skills
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills
