Job Title: HR Employee Relations Officer

Be the trusted advisor in building a positive work culture and guiding HR processes that make an impact.

Lead key HR programs from performance management to onboarding and offboarding, shaping each team member's experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Develop strategies to uphold labor policies and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Labor Relations Expertise: Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes effectively.
  • HR Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employees, addressing concerns related to office operations, policies, or resources.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Well-versed in labor laws and experienced in handling comprehensive HR functions in fast-growing companies.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in high-paced environments.
  • Education: BA/BS in HR Management or related field (Bachelor of Laws is a plus).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.
  • Location Flexibility: This role offers a work-from-home setting.
