Appointment Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to fill the role of Appointment Scheduling Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Outreach: Utilize various communication channels to engage potential clients, including outbound calls and emails.
  • Inbound Call Management: Respond to incoming calls professionally, address inquiries, and convert leads into appointments.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Ensure callers receive prompt assistance regarding products or services.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to facilitate a smooth transition for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as necessary.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Appointment-Setting Experience: Proven track record of successful appointment-setting experience.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in HubSpot CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Resilience: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
