Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Meet performance targets and productivity standards to ensure the smooth operation of our contact center.

Candidate Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong typing speed (20+ WPM), high-speed internet connection, and basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Able to multitask, self-manage, and prioritize tasks effectively.
