Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service through various communication channels.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, assisting customers with their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will be working from home, which requires a quiet and dedicated workspace, high-speed internet connection, and strong language proficiency in English. Prior call center experience is required, and residing within 80km of our office is necessary.

To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
  • Researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs.
  • Accurately documenting interactions and processing claims.
  • Guiding customers through options to find the best solutions.
  • FOLLOWING SCRIPTS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES while using available resources.
  • Protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.
