Mid-Senior Leasing Professional

This role is responsible for leasing and tenant relations, market research and strategy, lease administration and documentation, and administrative support for executive leadership.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage prospective tenants through strategic marketing efforts and negotiate lease terms and agreements for new and renewing leases.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing-related inquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity to inform and enhance leasing strategies.

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract tenants and prepare market analysis reports to management.

  • Support Asset Management Executives in preparing and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other related legal documents.

  • Cordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance, mitigate risks, and uphold contractual obligations.

  • Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure proper documentation of agreements, transactions, and correspondence.

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership review.

  • Oversee lease and legal document execution workflows, ensuring timely approvals and processing agreements.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors, and other outside parties.

  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Must possess a strong work ethic.
