Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Property Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned properties. This includes managing tenant relations, ensuring timely rent collection, coordinating property maintenance, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day management.
  • Manage tenant relationships, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution, maintaining a positive and professional environment.
  • Ensure timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements, staying up-to-date on industry developments and changes.
