Sr. Retention and Growth Manager

Are you a seasoned marketing professional seeking to drive online lead generation through innovative strategies? We're looking for an experienced Sr. Retention and Growth Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This hands-on role requires identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets.

You will be responsible for launching and managing lead generation campaigns across various channels, including TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies
  • Developing and executing growth-focused marketing plans
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels
    • A strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
    • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
