
Scaling Lead Generation Strategist

This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies for scalable growth through lead generation across various channels. You will be responsible for driving predictable and efficient results using marketing campaigns, ad optimization, and funnel development.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing with a proven track record of success in scaling lead generation. Additionally, they should have deep knowledge of paid acquisition, SEO, and email marketing automation, as well as proficiency in AI tools for marketing workflows.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline contribution.
- Optimize ads, create landing pages, and launch email nurture sequences using AI tools to accelerate content and creative development.
- Leverage AI for copywriting, design, audience research, and campaign optimization.
- Implement AI-driven automation for lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting.
- Identify areas where AI can streamline processes or reduce external vendor costs.
- Build and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on ads, CTAs, and nurture campaigns.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing with proven success scaling lead generation.
- Deep knowledge of paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, and email marketing automation.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in marketing workflows (copywriting, design, data analysis, automation).
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with attribution, tracking, and ROI-driven decision-making.
