Key Role in Lead Generation

This highly impactful position focuses on spearheading the lead generation strategy, driving growth through data-driven insights and process automation.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President of Supply to define KPIs, set performance targets, and develop a strategic roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead generation expansion.

  • Partner with the VP of Supply to create a comprehensive plan for global supply-side lead generation
  • Design and maintain efficient systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and compliance
  • Leverage CRM platforms and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance targeting efficiency
  • Oversee the vetting process to ensure prospective partners are legitimate, compliant, and fraud-free
  • Develop standardized vetting frameworks and continuously improve them in response to regulatory changes
  • Lead data-driven decision-making by developing performance dashboards and delivering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and team efficiency
  • Perform hands-on lead generation activities as needed, including research, outreach, and pipeline management
Responsibilities
  • Manage the global supply lead generation team and contractors, providing mentorship and upskilling team members in best practices for lead generation and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations
  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows
  • Ability to manage teams effectively
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality and a hands-on approach to execution
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
