Customer Service Representative

About the Role
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.
  • Deliver high-quality responses that meet our service standards.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • At least 1 year of online/remote customer service experience.
  • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
