Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing product training and demonstrations to customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
