Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Web Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, they should possess great analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Handle client inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner, identifying problems and offering solutions and recommendations.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless project delivery and meet client expectations.
- Assist clients throughout the website production process until the website is launched.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and report project issues and drive their resolution.
- Create project status reports and deliver updates to clients and managers.
- Come up with aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that meet client requirements.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support with a background in web design or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
- Great analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Real Estate terminologies and general information is a plus.
