Remote Customer Support Representative

We are seeking skilled Customer Service Specialists to support our inbound and outbound customer service initiatives.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will handle incoming inquiries, proactively engage with existing customers, and promote new products and services all while delivering exceptional service.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
- Research and retrieve information across systems to support customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer-facing experience and reside within 80km of our office. A high-speed internet connection, an appropriate quiet work environment, and strong language proficiency in English are also required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
