Transforming businesses requires expertise in cloud and AI strategies. As a consultant with IBM, you will be working closely with clients to improve their digital footprint through innovation and collaboration.

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in Workday and drive business success for our clients.

You will work within our Client Innovation Centers where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of expert services utilizing IBM's offerings and technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide innovative solutions to challenging business problems.
  • Develop solutions that excel in user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability.

Our ideal candidate has proven delivery experience with Workday, including outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

They should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to drive exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Workday.
  • Manage Workday business process configurations, including report writing, calculated fields, and business process design.
  • Build condition & validation rules, EIB loads, and business process security.
  • Able to manage agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Workday Certification is required.

Preferred qualifications include experience in other Workday modules and certification.
