Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Support Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and possess a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and product support activities.
  • The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Account, and Product Managers to provide exceptional customer service, ensure timely execution of customer objectives, and maintain accurate records.
About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of day-to-day activities, servicing account holders, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting in client onboarding, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and handling additional requests.
  • They will also assist in facilitating annual general meetings, conducting dry-runs, and providing training to C-level executives, board members, and shareholders.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing events and projects based on client needs and scheduling meetings for in-depth discussions.
  • Following up on pending actions from customers and tracking each call to resolution.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with clients through timely responses to customer requests.
  • Coordinating with customer contacts to inquire about their needs and offer solutions to optimize customer satisfaction.
