Job Title: Business Process Transformation Specialist

This role involves driving business process transformation by identifying opportunities for process redesign, streamlining existing processes and implementing targeted automation.

  • This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems and eliminate waste.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced service environments and a vision for their transformative potential is also required.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement or CX strategy, with a proven track record of driving 0 to 1 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify opportunities for process redesign and streamline existing processes.
  2. Implement targeted automation and AI applications to drive business process transformation.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate opportunities for radical improvement.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution designs represent a fundamental shift and are aligned with business intent.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement or CX strategy.
  • Strong process thinking and ability to simplify complex systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced service environments.
  • Comfortable leading discovery, facilitation and cross-functional problem solving.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to connect customer experience outcomes to operational mechanics.
