Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Problem Solving & Analytics: Conduct strategic analyses, develop insights, and create compelling reports to support decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performing team, facilitating workshops, and adapting to new challenges.
  • Growth & Development: Learn from top-tier consulting professionals, refining your expertise in business transformation, Agile delivery, and strategy execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
