Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst

About the Role:

The Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst will lead strategic initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial analysis, strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Support scenario planning and long-term financial modeling efforts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply a digital-first approach to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a thought partner to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenging business assumptions and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Take full ownership of key financial deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership, helping shape critical business strategies.
  • Champion the adoption of advanced financial tools, process automation, and data visualization to elevate analytics and reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage deliverables independently in a remote environment. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
