We're expanding our training team and seeking a skilled Senior Training Lead to drive our instructional programs forward.

As a Senior Training Lead, you'll oversee all aspects of our training sessions, workshops, and seminars. This includes directing onboarding, refresher training, and specialized sessions based on feedback.

You'll assess and enhance learner performance through detailed feedback and create presentations for weekly huddles.

Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are comprehensive and effective, covering various channels including voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify knowledge gaps and develop strategic training plans.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and departments to design and implement learning solutions.
  • Apply advanced instructional design theories and methods to create high-impact training materials.
  • Evaluate and refine training effectiveness using various assessment methods.

You'll work closely with our team to lead and mentor other training professionals, utilizing your strong organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills.

Requirements:
  • A minimum 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, particularly in customer service environments.
  • Extensive experience in training across various channels, including voice, and a deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation.
