Leadership Opportunity

The Director of Instructional Design, Project Management role is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead complex projects and teams. This leadership position requires the ability to manage direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with familiarity with call center financials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage direct report teams to ensure successful implementation of Learning & Development projects and internal initiatives in a senior management capacity.
  • Oversee project execution through applying functional methodology and global process, including acting as a primary liaison, establishing deadlines, assigning functional responsibilities, leading and directing the work of others, facilitating, communicating, and monitoring project progress.
  • Risk identification and mitigation, escalation and change management, communication and documentation of key program requirements and status to clients, internal team members, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience leading the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects, including managing and overseeing diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development.
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).
