Business Operations Manager

The role of the Business Operations Manager involves overseeing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and optimal utilization of client services. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth, this position entails building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing a comprehensive database of restaurants and hotels within specified groups
  • Developing Customer profiles within our main CRM system
  • Creating promotions within the main customer tool from pre-designed templates
  • Generating reports within reporting tools and delivering them directly to external customers
  • Auditing customer accounts based on thorough research
  • Ensuring instructions are thoroughly documented and updated across various teams
  • Designing templates across multiple tools as per instructions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in an administrative capacity) is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps
