
Operational Support Specialist

The role of Project Management Assistant involves providing administrative and operational support to project management teams. Key responsibilities include managing access requests, updating category tree structures, supporting strategy lifecycles, coordinating central uploads of spend data, following up on management information data requests, and maintaining SharePoint sites and internal landing pages.
Project coordination is also a critical aspect of this role, involving the maintenance and update of project calendars, scheduling and logistical coordination across global teams, and tracking and monitoring operational deliverables and timelines.
To succeed in this position, strong digital literacy, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and coordination skills are required. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment is also essential.
