Role Summary

This role is designed to identify, pitch, and onboard merchants that bring value to the company's brand promise. The ideal candidate thrives on exploration, has a sharp eye for emerging trends, and can confidently present the benefits of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and pitch potential merchants in Retail, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, and Specialty categories/industries.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of the Pick.A.Roo platform to potential partners.
  • Negotiate terms and ensure seamless merchant onboarding.
  • Maintain market awareness and continuously build the merchant pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure newly acquired merchants are positioned for success.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be energetic, curious, and culturally aware. They should have strong communication and presentation skills, be confident negotiators, and have experience in sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, or equivalent roles.

Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, or equivalent roles.
  • Prior experience in Retail, F&B, e-commerce, tourism industries is a plus.
