Role Description

This is a contract role for a Merchant Support & QA Specialist at PICK.A.ROO by Agile Digital Ventures, Inc. The role is hybrid, office located in Alliance Global Tower, BGC, Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Merchant Support & QA Specialist will be responsible for:

  • ensuring accurate & up-to-date merchant details
  • contacting and engaging with merchant partners
  • reporting status & progress updates to team managers

Daily tasks include:

  • calling merchant partners & conducting quality assurance checks
  • enlisting, encoding & updating merchant information
  • coordinating with respective department teams to ensure proper cascade of information
  • maintaining task trackers for reporting

Qualifications:

  • Must have a working laptop & phone
  • Must have stable internet connection (for WFH/hybrid eligibility)
  • Familiarity & experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets
  • No working experience required; Previous experience in merchant or customer support, quality assurance and data entry roles is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
