Job Overview

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering advanced technical support to customers using our products.

The Product Support Specialist I/Support Engineer will play a vital role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating cases appropriately.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, monitoring the service provided, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting steps and utilize internal tools to investigate, resolve, and document technical issues.
  • Provide high-quality support to both internal and external customers through phone and email.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, research findings, and resolutions in Salesforce.
  • Assist customers with installation and walk through of product user interface and site navigation.
  • Provide login, search, usability, research and technical support for multiple proprietary products and services.
  • Escalate issues to second level teams or other appropriate teams when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience in customer-facing roles.

Additionally, you will need a strong understanding of internet concepts, including networking, SSL certificates, and DNS.

A bachelor's degree holder or completion of at least two years of college education is required.

Technical courses are preferred but not necessary.
