
Product Technical Support Specialist

This role is part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering advanced technical support to customers using our products.
The Product Support Specialist I/Support Engineer will play a vital role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating cases appropriately.
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, monitoring the service provided, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting steps and utilize internal tools to investigate, resolve, and document technical issues.
- Provide high-quality support to both internal and external customers through phone and email.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, research findings, and resolutions in Salesforce.
- Assist customers with installation and walk through of product user interface and site navigation.
- Provide login, search, usability, research and technical support for multiple proprietary products and services.
- Escalate issues to second level teams or other appropriate teams when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and experience in customer-facing roles.
Additionally, you will need a strong understanding of internet concepts, including networking, SSL certificates, and DNS.
A bachelor's degree holder or completion of at least two years of college education is required.
Technical courses are preferred but not necessary.
