Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users across various platforms, including MS Teams, Zoom, video conferencing tools, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Teams, Zoom, video conferencing tools, laptops, printers, and scanners
Assist in the deployment of laptops and other devices, ensuring they are properly configured and functional
Conduct regular maintenance checks on hardware and software to prevent potential issues
Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support end-users
Respond to and resolve support requests promptly, following priorities set by management
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or external vendors when necessary
1+ year of experience in IT support, with a focus on MS Teams, Zoom, video conferencing, laptop deployment, and peripheral devices (printers/scanners)
Proficiency in MS Teams, Zoom, video conferencing tools, and laptop configuration
Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
