Technical Product Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Technical Product Specialist role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, developing customized solutions, and providing high-level support to clients. You will also be expected to partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of product/service customizations, business processes, and complex reporting requirements. Additionally, you should be proficient in PC navigation and knowledgeable about Microsoft Office tools.

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues across various environments and operating systems, while advising users on appropriate actions and escalating when necessary.
