Job Title: Transformational Quality Manager

We are seeking a skilled Transformational Quality Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional quality services. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team performance and provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
  • Perform administrative tasks for operational support.
  • Lead teams into achieving metric goals, complete monthly deliverables, and tasks.

Requirements:

  • College Graduate with 7-9 years of BPO experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Transformational Quality Manager.
  • Prior Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification is preferred.
