  • Manage and automate contracts from inception to renewal, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Process and review contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Draft and edit contract summaries, highlighting key terms and risks.

  • Configure and maintain automated workflows in contract management systems.

  • Develop and implement no-code/low-code automations to streamline contract processes.

Requirements: A law degree with 3+ years of experience working with US law firms, including hands-on review, redlining, and drafting of commercial contracts. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create concise contract summaries.

Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years in legal operations roles with a focus on contract lifecycle management and automation. Detailed knowledge of contract management systems, including setting up automations, tasks, and workflows. No-code/low-code automation expertise in other contract management systems or similar platforms.
