Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM CST (US hours)

The Renewals Specialist will support a portfolio of customers and partners cross-functionally to ensure seamless and timely renewals. This position brings a strong operational mindset, solid communication skills, and a passion for helping customers maximize the value of their investment.

What does a day in the life of a Renewal Specialist look like?

  • Manage the end-to-end contract renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for renewal-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers, and Finance to execute timely renewals.
  • Identify and mitigate renewal risks proactively.
  • Track and report on renewal metrics, including churn and at-risk accounts.
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and renewal records in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate discount approvals and deal desk processes when needed.
  • Participate in team process improvements and playbook refinements.

What are the required qualifications of a Renewal Specialist?

  • 2–3 years of experience in renewals or retention within SaaS, B2B, or related industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), billing systems, or contract workflows.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • A team-first mindset and strong customer empathy.
  • A growth mindset—curious, adaptable, and open to feedback.
