About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales and Enablement Leader to join our team at AvePoint. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving partner-sourced revenue through Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

You will sell to, support, and onboard new MSPs as well as nurture existing MSP partnerships that drive new revenue with upsell and cross-sell strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and/or partner development, with experience in managing end-to-end partner enablement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a partner engagement strategy that drives partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for AvePoint.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure certification and effective enablement of MSPs.
  • Collaborate with partners to operationalize unique partner models and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional partner account management that drives sales and service excellence.
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of partner engagement strategies within your partner ecosystem and territory.

About Our Ideal Candidate

We seek individuals with 5+ years of experience in sales and/or partner development, with a proven track record of exceeding business development and booking goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales and service teams in successful closing of deals. They should also be able to develop with partners a quantifiable business case that will both establish and drive a strong mutually beneficial partnership.
