We are seeking an accomplished E-Commerce Manager to oversee the growth and optimization of our client's online sales channels. With a proven track record in Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, and other major e-commerce platforms, you will be responsible for managing product listings, overseeing marketplace operations, conducting keyword research, and ensuring compliance with market requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Listing Management: Optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Walmart, Amazon, and others.
  • Marketplace Operations: Manage marketplace operations, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and promotions.
  • Keyword Research and SEO: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor marketplace policies and ensure full compliance with requirements.
  • Sales Analysis and Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot marketplace-related issues, including case management and performance notifications.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience managing Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, compliance, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Experience with product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
