This is a role that involves servicing clients worldwide by sourcing leads from various channels, including social media, client referrals, events, and online platforms.

About the Position

We are seeking driven professionals to join our team as Prospecting and Lead Acquisition Specialists.   • Cultivate Relationships: Build strong connections with customers and clients by utilizing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Source Leads: Identify potential sales leads from multiple sources such as social media, client referrals, events, and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
  • Manage Database: Establish and maintain a prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring accurate details.
  • Foster Communication: Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain communication and facilitate progress.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist.
  • Excellent English communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
  • Competence in using word-processing software and spreadsheets.
  • Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Able to work night-shifts.
