Senior Contract Negotiator

Job Description:

The Senior Contract Negotiator is a key member of the team responsible for negotiating and managing complex contracts with various clients. This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Contract Negotiator, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, as well as ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, legal departments, and management to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Managing contract renewals and extensions;
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve contract-related issues;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in contract negotiation and management. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex contractual agreements.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in contract negotiation and management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex contractual agreements;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
