Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to collaborate with our sales teams and customers to prepare and execute contracts for all stages of the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts adhere to internal policies and best-practices.
  • Manage contract lifecycles by reviewing, executing, and administering contract databases.
  • Support contract negotiation by responding to customer redlines in compliance with negotiation toolkits.
  • Draft and edit various contracts including master agreements, product service agreements, licenses, and amendments.
  • Provide support to customers for contract-related questions and queries.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to deliver multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree.
  • Experience in producing sales proposals and contracts for large organizations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM and financial systems, Siebel, and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage and build relationships.
