Job Description

Key Responsibilities include assisting in contract drafting and review to ensure legal compliance, negotiating agreements that align with business objectives while protecting the company's interests, and supporting contract negotiations by identifying legal risks and proposing revisions. Maintain, update, and organize legal documents for easy access. Prepare and generate legal reports for internal stakeholders and presentations. Conduct thorough legal research to support contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience are necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills are expected.
Working Conditions
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular working hours as needed is required.
