Strategic Lead Generation Manager

The ideal candidate for this role is a results-driven professional with a strong strategic mindset and hands-on approach to lead generation.

This includes defining key performance indicators, setting ambitious targets, and driving the development of a comprehensive roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead growth.

The successful candidate will have experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools, as well as proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation.

They will also be able to effectively manage teams, including full-time staff and contractors, and possess a self-starter mentality with a problem-solving approach to execution.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will have passion for the mission and desire to make a meaningful impact in the world through technology.

  • Prior experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can think critically, collaborate effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
