Job Opportunity: Marketing Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand, and customer loyalty. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that campaigns, messaging, and brand presence directly contribute to business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and scale the company's marketing function, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement to accelerate the company's SaaS growth journey across Australia and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to growth, retention, and revenue objectives.
  • Mentor a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the SaaS market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
