Job Description
This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies, claims, and payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
