Job Description

This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies, claims, and payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, services, and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
