About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Claims Officer, where you will be responsible for overseeing claims evaluation processes for various services such as maternity, dental, and lab fees.

You will manage and oversee claims processing, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.

You will also lead and build a team to ensure smooth and efficient claims operations.

In addition, you will develop and enhance reporting tools within our platform, ensuring data accuracy for hospital bills, procedures, and professional fees.

You will drive process improvements for healthcare claims operations with a focus on automation and efficiency.

Recommend and implement technological solutions to optimize workflows, leveraging operational and technical insights while being hands-on with daily processing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee claims evaluation processes for maternity, dental, and lab fees

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field
  2. Previous experience in healthcare claims processing, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment
  3. Familiarity with medical coding and billing procedures
  4. Curious, results-driven, ownership mentality with growth mindset
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Collaborative team player with ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  7. Passion for innovation in healthcare
