About the role

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented MIS Analyst to join our dynamic team in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. As an MIS Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the company's management information systems. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our organisation while developing your expertise in the call centre and customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate information
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implementing and optimizing data management processes to ensure data integrity and reliability
  • Researching and recommending new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's information systems

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar MIS Analyst or Business Analyst role, preferably in the call center or customer service industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
