About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on scaling our affiliate and TikTok Shop growth, leveraging expertise in program management, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of TikTok Shop/Seller Center setup and growth. They will be fluent in ShareASale, UpPromote, and other similar platforms, with the ability to design incentives, tiers, and contests that drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop/Seller Center from scratch, including catalog, listings, payouts, and workflows.
  • Define commission structures and creator onboarding flows to optimize sales.
  • Develop and execute Spark Ads campaigns, leveraging top-performing user-generated content.
  • Partner with designers to refine product listings, visuals, and ad creatives for maximum conversion.
Affiliate Program Management
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs on ShareASale, UpPromote, and similar platforms.
  • Recruit, activate, and retain high-performing affiliates across YouTube, SEO, blogs, and niche communities.
  • Design and run leaderboards, contests, referral bonuses, and re-activation campaigns to drive consistent sales.
  • Maintain accurate attribution, payouts, and dashboards, reporting performance weekly.
Creator & Community Leadership
  • Build and manage a central hub for affiliates and creators, fostering collaboration and engagement.
  • Keep partners informed with campaign briefs, contests, AMAs, newsletters, and shoutouts.
  • Source, vet, and brief creators for reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and testimonials.
  • Categorize user-generated content (problem-solution, testimonial, demo) and repurpose across ads, PDPs, email, and social.
Collaboration & Operations
  • Work closely with the CEO and Growth team to align goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Develop and refine SOPs for seeding, creator approvals, content briefs, and payout cycles.
  • Share insights and actionable growth reports with leadership weekly.

  • Can outreach like a pro (TikTok & YouTube), nurture relationships, and keep creators/affiliates excited and active.
  • Are data-driven: comfortable with UTM structures, platform attribution, cohort/ROI insights, and weekly reporting.
  • Communicate authentically (no buzzword salad), execute fast, and own outcomes with minimal hand-holding.

  • You'll join as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes/compliance.
  • You must provide your own reliable equipment (laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, camera/mic).
  • Core collaboration hours are 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PST, with a 2-hour flexibility window.
  • The first month includes a training/trial period with scaled pay.
  • Payments are made weekly via PayPal or bi-weekly via Wise.
