Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and executing performance marketing on paid social platforms
  • Executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn) with emphasis on TikTok and Meta
  • Leading optimizations for performance improvements relative to goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience beneficial
  • 1+ year of Direct Response marketing experience in E-commerce; Lead Gen and B2B experience advantageous
  • 1+ year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms beneficial (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads)
  • 1+ year of leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts
  • 1+ year of experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms advantageous
  • 1 year of client-facing experience and communication handling
