
Marketing Strategist for Business Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a performance-driven marketer who can drive business growth through strategic planning, campaign execution, and optimization.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across key platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, lower customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ensure brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.
- Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
- Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Paid Channels: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
- Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
- Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage monthly budgets to maximize pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.
- Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
- Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics, creatives, and channels.
